1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or subscribing to Bright Games (the "Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Subscription Rules and Auto-Renewal

Bright Games offers access to a premium mobile gaming catalog via a recurring subscription.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the agreed-upon price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellations: Any cancellation takes effect at the end of the current active subscription period. No prorated refunds are provided for partially used periods.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the games or platform.
• Share your subscription credentials with unauthorized users.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior within our community features.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, games, graphics, and underlying code within the Services are the exclusive property of Bright Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services without notice if you violate these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." Bright Games is not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform.
